The Estonian property market is on the way back up after months in the doldrums, according to reports.

Experts cited by the Baltic Times have suggested that Tallinn could be making a comeback, with signs of recovery following a difficult period.

Amid wider economic woes which have hampered the European property market as the credit crunch takes hold, Estonia has been one of those countries to suffer.

However, Carl Wells, a senior property consultant with Goodson and Red told the paper there were indications of a return to prosperity.

"Very recently, in the last four to eight weeks, I have personally seen a change in climate. A few buyers are emerging from the woodwork," said Mr Wells.
