ETV won't apply Junior Eurovision: Estonia - not interested

In a contest with rapidly changing participants, one country that won't try the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in the upcoming years is Estonia, despite their passion for the Eurovision itself.
Tiiu Simm of Estonian Television confirmed that ETV will not be applying to take part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest any time soon, without citing any reasons as to why.
Of the other Baltic countries, Latvia took part in the 2003-2005 editions, and Lithuania made its debut in 2007. Estonia has not qualified to the final of the Eurovision Song Contest since 2003.
